SENSORBAR DA

SENSORBAR DA

Product catalog summary
General Characteristics
Differential pressure monitoring is designed for air or non-aggressive gases. The device connects to the pressure circuit via nozzle connections. It uses a diaphragm and calibrated spring to transfer pressure changes to a needle on a graduated scale. The components are housed in a sealed IP65 protection box.
  • Wide indication scale of 270° equating to 235 mm.
  • Accuracy of 2%.
  • Options for panel or wall mounting.
  • Easy installation.
  • IP65 protection class.
Differential Pressure Ranges
The device offers various pressure ranges, with static pressure limits and corresponding codes:
  • 0 – 100 Pa, max static pressure 0.2 Bar, Code 001
  • 0 – 200 Pa, max static pressure 0.2 Bar, Code 002
  • 0 – 400 Pa, max static pressure 0.2 Bar, Code 004
  • 0 – 500 Pa, max static pressure 0.2 Bar, Code 005
  • 0 – 1000 Pa, max static pressure 0.2 Bar, Code 010
  • 0 – 2000 Pa, max static pressure 0.2 Bar, Code 020
  • 0 – 5000 Pa, max static pressure 0.2 Bar, Code 050
  • 0 – 6000 Pa, max static pressure 0.2 Bar, Code 060
Other ranges are available upon request.
Technical Data
The device features a rubber diaphragm and calibrated spring as the sensing element. The graduated scale is available in Pascal or mbar upon request. It maintains an accuracy of ±2% and operates within a temperature range of 0 to 50°C, with an extended range available upon request. The DA 85 model uses 5 mm nozzles, while the DA 2000 uses 8 mm nozzles. The body is made of Ultramid/ABS in black, and it has an IP65 protection class.
Mounting
The device should be mounted vertically. If mounted in different positions, the measured value may change slightly, with a 90° rotation causing a 0.5 mbar change.
Nomenclature
The nomenclature for the device includes:
  • Type (e.g., DA 85, DA 2000)
  • Process connections code (e.g., 2520 for DA 85, 2530 for DA 2000)
  • Measuring differential pressure range
  • Protection class (e.g., IP65)
