This document describes the SIMPLE MW3 level switch, designed for easy installation and reliable liquid control in applications requiring lateral mounting. Key features include a microswitch, adjustable calibration, a maximum working pressure of 25 Bar, a maximum working temperature of 110°C, and an IP65 protection rating.
The level switch has a process connection of DN 20 with a 3/4” male thread. The float type is B21 with a specific gravity of 0.8. It can withstand a maximum pressure of 25 Bar and a maximum temperature of 110°C. The hysteresis is up to 6 mm, and the unit weighs 400 grams. The body material is nickel-plated brass, and the float and lever mechanism are made of AISI-304 stainless steel.
The level switch uses a SPDT microswitch with a voltage capacity of 250V AC and 48V DC. The current capacity is 5A for AC (cosϕ=1) and 3A for DC.
The wiring is compatible with Plug DIN 43650-A S1, and the protection degree is IP65. The wiring details are provided in drawing 0374.
