MR1
An improved and reliable flow switch designed for better operation and increased stability compared to traditional mechanical flow switches. It is effective with viscous liquids and features a simple adjustment mechanism with a secure locking system. Electrical connections are made via a DIN 43650 plug and PG9 cable gland. Key features include hermetic separation of mechanical and electrical components, free installation position, PN 200 mechanical construction, and an adjustable set point.
The flow switch is available in various sizes with different adjustable ranges and maximum flow rates. The maximum pressure is 200 bar, and the maximum temperature is 120°C. The accuracy is ±5% F.S. with a hysteresis of 10% or a minimum of 0.5 l/min.
The body is made of nickel-plated brass or stainless steel, the piston is brass or stainless steel, and the spring is stainless steel. The magnet is ferrite, and the switch head is polycarbonate.
The contact is a REED SPDT with a capacity of 250VCA, 1.5A, 50VA. The electrical entry is a DIN 43650A plug with a protection class of IP65. An optional red LED diode is integrated into the DIN plug. Supply voltages available are 230, 110, 48, 24, and 12 VCA.
