- Conforms to EN 558, basic series 20 for face-to-face length and EN 1092-2, PN 10 for flange end.
- Full-flange design suitable for wafer type and pipeline end installation without additional counter flange at full differential pressure.
- Leakproof from both flow directions with adjustable and replaceable horizontal sealing.
- Equipped with scrapers on both sides of the plate for cleaning and a mechanical position indicator.
- Includes a pneumatic actuator (FESTO COPAC DFPI) and integrated VAG wastewater control insert.
- Body parts, bearing plate, and gland made of Cast iron EN-GJL-250 (GG-25).
- U-sealing and horizontal sealing made of Elastomer (NBR).
- Yoke constructed from stainless steel A2, control insert from stainless steel A4, and all connecting parts from stainless steel A2.
- Final inspection test according to EN 12266-1 (leakage rate A).
- Cast iron parts are epoxy coated.
- Standard version available with a maximum differential pressure of 1.5 bar.
- Larger sizes available upon request.
- Suitable for chamber installation, plant installation, and wastewater systems.
- Pressure test according to EN 12266 with specific test pressures for seat and body with water.
- Maximum operating temperature for neutral liquids and maximum operating pressure specified for different DN sizes.
