INTELLIRAY QUAD UV Flood Curing System The INTELLIRAY QUAD is a large area microprocessor controlled UV flood curing system. All system components are integrated into the lamp head which can be easily mounted anywhere on a factory floor, with virtually no cabling or remote power supply boxes required. Just mount the head, connect the AC line cord, and start timed exposure curing! The system incorporates a retractable shutter shade that allows for repeatable exposure timing, and shields the user from UV light. The system’s LCD display and digital keypad make programming and monitoring curing operations a snap. The 4 long-life 600W metalhalide arc lamps and parabolic reflectors illuminate a 16 x 12 inch curing area with evenly distributed UV light. The wide range 200-240VAC input voltage range allows the IntelliRay Quad to be used worldwide. SYSTEM FEATURES + System Timers The system features a 9999 second timer that controls the exposure shutter.
