The FMQZ series automatic folding and welding machine are designed to make hem pockets. The procedure of operating is: I.Put the banner to the holding area and make sure the banner is smooth and straight. II.Press the pedal switch to start folding process, III.After folding, the sealing bar will come down in low pressure and leave space about 10mm for operator to adjust the banner. IV.Press the pedal switch again to seal the hem pocket. Heating time from 5-15s Cooling time from 10-30s Automatic folding progress make more flat and smooth folding than manual folding.
