It really checks the whole production regarding synthetics, no subcategory will be excluded. This secures the elimination of all types of synthetic impurities. USTER has wide experience in applying detection equipment in the vertical material flow immediately after the fine opener exit. Due to the short distance between the fine opener and the scan area, the cotton tufts are small and evenly spread. This ensures no foreign matter is hidden within cotton tufts.
