  • Temperature (CT units only): Response time is 1.8 seconds, with a ±2% deadband for alarms. Accuracy is ±1% full scale, with a repeatability of ±0.25% of indicated flow. Output is linear from 4 mA at 32°F to 20 mA at 210°F.
  • Pressure: Operating pressure is 200 PSIG (13 Bar).
  • General: Fluid temperature limits are 35-150°F (2-66°C) standard, with an optional range of 150-210°F (66-99°C). A back pressure of 10 PSIG is required. The enclosure rating is IP 65, Type 1, 3, 4, 12, and 13.
Pipe Connections: ANSI Class 150 R.F. Flanges are used, with pipe sizes of 3-4 inches. Maximum flow ranges from 300-600 GPM (1100-2300 LPM), with a maximum pressure of 200 PSI (13 Bar) and a temperature range of 32-210°F (2-99°C).
Ordering Information: Model codes are built by selecting appropriate symbols for flow maximum, pipe size, connector or conduit box options, and special options. Accessory cables are available for pin connector meters.
Installation: The control box can be rotated to any of four detented positions in 90° increments. Installation drawings provide dimensions for 3" and 4" port sizes.
Pin Connector Configuration: The pin connector configuration includes connections for +24 VDC power supply, 4-20 mA flow signal out, supply ground, and flow relay contacts. A pull-up resistor (2-10K Ohm) is recommended to convert the open collector signal into a pulse.
