They are installed in-line in any position. Straight pipe runs before or after the meter are not required. The simple mechanical connection directly drives pointers, dials and cams. They are very hardy. Readout is visual with a pointer and scale combined with either switches or a 4-20 mA transmitter. The materials of construction are wetted parts of brass and Nylon with 316 SS internal moving parts and Buna-N seals. F C D A LINE CONNECTION B Ports are threaded and can be NPT (1/4 to 3/4 inch) or SAE straight thread (1/4 to 5/8 inch). Metric threads such as BSPP or BSPT are also available.
