Technical Data
The RSPro 600 and RSPro 800 models operate in environments with a temperature range of 72–79 °F (22–26 °C) and a maximum change rate of 1 °C/hour, with relative humidity below 40% non-condensing. They use a solid-state frequency tripled Nd: YVO₄ laser with a wavelength of 355 nm. The systems are compatible with UnionTech™ RSCON and Materialise Magics software, and run on Windows 7 or Windows 10. They support STL input data file format and use Ethernet, IEEE 802.3 with TCP/IP and NFS protocols. Electrical requirements are 200-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz, single phase. The laser warranty covers 5,000 hours or 15 months, whichever comes first.
Build Specifications
The RSPro 600 has a build envelope capacity of 23.6 × 23.6 × 19.7 in (600 × 600 × 500 mm) and the RSPro 800 has 31.5 × 31.5 × 21.7 in (800 × 800 × 550 mm). Both models have a layer thickness of 0.005 - 0.008 in (0.12 - 0.20 mm) and a scanning speed of up to 15 m/s. The beam size ranges from 0.002 in (0.05 mm) minimum to 0.01 in (0.25 mm) maximum. The maximum part weight is 3968 lb (1,800 kg) for the RSPro 600 and 4409 lb (2000 kg) for the RSPro 800. Accuracy varies with part size and conditions, with smaller parts achieving ±0.004 in (±0.1 mm) and larger parts ±0.1% x L for the RSPro 600, and ±0.006 in (±0.15 mm) and ±0.15% x L for the RSPro 800.
