Best choice for start-up business. • Up to 55 bags/minute. • Adopting step motor driving for the sealing mechanism, resulting in higher sealing pressure and better positioning. • Improved sliding system of the sealing mechanism, adopting annealed sliding rods and Japanese linear bearings. This results in extremely low friction and weariness which greatly extends the lifetime of the sliding system. No maintenance needed. Neither grease nor oil is added. • 7 inch color touch screen interface in different languages • PLC control configuration. No intermediate switches, relays, buttons. The connections between the different modules is direct. In this way, from electronical point of view, the machine becomes more reliable and resistant to electrical surges, failures and external noises. • Integrated encoder and photocell - working with blank and printed films. • Independend cutter. If product is caught between the jaws, the cutter is not actuated which greatly extends its life and product spill is prevented. • Improved pulling NK timing belts resulting in better film pulling and less down time for cleaning.
