ECL Series Manipulators The UNIDEX ECL Workstation has been ergonomically designed to provide the greatest durability, versatility, flexibility and safety for your production needs, with fully articulating arms and end effectors for effortlessly positioning a wide range of materials and products. STANDARD FEATURES • Load Capacities: 250 & 500 lbs. to 96” from column • Lift Stroke: 60” • Lift Speed: 3 speeds, 1” to 6” per second • Height adjustment Controls: Up/down buttons at end of arm – right or left hand lever • Power Requirements: 200-240 VAC single phase • Baseplate: 16” x 16” x 1” • Column: 100” • Articulating Arms: Standard lengths for tubular and bridge style arms – 72” and 96” from pivot point closest to column to pivot point at end of arm • End tooling swings up to 180° • Construction: All welded mild steel • Finish: Black Oxide (column), Baked-on Powder Coat Safety Yellow (arm & carriage) • Stop drop attached to arm from top of column OPTIONAL FEATURES • Overhead mounting systems • New 500 lb. capacity unit • Stainless steel construction for sanitary or corrosive environments • Custom arm length and configurations • Lever arm, push-button or pendant control • Standard and custom end effectors • Custom lift heights All UNIDEX workstations are designed and manufactured in the USA to exacting quality standards from welded carbon steel construction.
