Cleaning process is taking place on the rotating drum sieve – with hole size Φ (2-3)mm, in which is mounted the screw shaped band . During sieve rotation water is leaking through the holes however the impurities are crowding outside. On the outside of the rotating drum we mounted the brush and the sprinkle nozzles for cleaning holes in the filtering sieve. The pomp is situated under the container and transfers water from the filter to further process unit. On the picture you can see the unit with the capacity: 10m3/h. Installed power N=1, 3 kW. SLOTTED FILTER Filter to the water pre-cleaning on the arched slotted sieve. Unit allows us to recycle the water from the process of cleaning fruits and vegetables. Used water is passing to the upper part of the unit where is evenly spread on the sieve . Then the water is flowing down on the proper shaped arch. Impurities are washed in lower part of the sieve. The sieve slits are located perpendicularly to the water movement direction.. Efficiency depends on the surface and the slits of the filtering screen. SIEVE FILTER Automatic unit used to the mechanical cleaning and de-watering communal and industrial wastes on the movable filtration belt-sieve. Unit totally closed in the compact construction which enables continuous filtration of wastes from slurry (20-30) μm with capacity of (15-150) l/s (in order to used filtration belt and set belt speed) with the precleaning belt with the compressed air at once and de-watering slime using specially designed screw and specially shaped slotted sieve. In the communal sewage farm it relieves the initial traditional settler for removing the slurry from the sewage, in the industrial sewage farms initially cleaning sewage to 70-30% of the dry mass (in order to used slotted sieve and level of pressed slime).
