The two models are equipped with a cleaning system that sprays water into the belly of the fish, ensuring a completely bacteria-free product. The speed of the De-scaler can be easily adjusted by a potentiometer located on the side of the electrical cabinet near the operator. 800 SDS The SDS – Single De-scaling Section – has one high pressure water pump section, which is suitable for the processing of 14-16 fish per min. Open the catalog to page 62-IN-1 DE-SLIMER & DE-SCALER (OPTIONAL) Both the SDS and DDS can be equipped with a de-sliming unit. With the de-sliming nozzles the machine is able to remove only the slime. The scales on the fish are hereby preserved. The de-sliming pipes are each equipped with 10 stainless steel water nozzles. The nozzles are controlled by the same pump used for de-scaling. It is easy to switch between the de-sliming pipes and de-scaling pipes.
