Ultra-Disc HT Lenticular Filter Elements are designed for high-tensile strength and efficient performance under elevated temperatures or repeated hot water sanitation cycles. The filter media is composed of inorganic filter aids, refined cellulose, and cationic resin. Available in several grades, these filters offer nominal filtration ratings ranging from 0.1µm to 10µm, with a maximum operating temperature of 82°C and a pressure limit of 2.4 bar. They ensure 99.99% efficiency and are suitable for steam sterilization, making them safe for food and beverage applications.
