UĞURMAK's UDK Series Vertical Shaft Impact Crushers are designed for the final stage of the crushing and screening process, offering high production capacity. They are effective in processing wet, moist, and sticky materials, reducing moisture content through kinetic energy generated by high-speed rotor collisions. This makes them ideal for producing sand and gravel for concrete and asphalt.

Design and Variants
The crushers can be manufactured in various configurations: mobile, with fixed steel legs, with a fixed skid chassis, or with front feed, depending on the facility's design.

Closed Rotor Type
Preferred for all stone types and high abrasive materials, the closed rotor type features cast liners and replaceable diamonds for abrasion resistance. It operates on a "Rock on Rock" principle, using centrifugal force to propel materials at high speeds (60-80 m/s) into a crushing chamber, reducing material size efficiently.

Open Rotor Type
Suitable for light to medium abrasive materials, the open rotor type has an open upper part and steel cast linings instead of a stonebox. Materials are accelerated by crusher pallets and broken upon impact with the liners.
