UĞURMAK UME series inclined screens are designed for the separation of crushed materials. They are applicable in all stages of a crushing and screening process where product classification by size is necessary. Body and Screening Mechanism
The vibrating screens are available in two, three, and four decks with various sizes and capacities. The design accommodates different screen meshes, including perforated sheets, hardox sheets, polyurethane, and steel mesh. The screen meshes, subject to wear from material abrasion, are easily replaceable due to a rail system that facilitates quick assembly and disassembly.

Drive and Elastic Systems
The drive system can be single or double, located in the middle or above the screen body. Vibration is generated by rotating eccentric weights, and the amplitude can be adjusted for optimal performance. The screen body is supported by heavy helical springs, isolating the chassis and chutes from vibration.

Washing System
For processes requiring washing, the screens can be equipped with a suitable washing system. Nozzles create a water curtain on the screen wire, aiding in the removal of unwanted particles.
