Introduction

Product Specifications
The TDD sealing system is gas and watertight up to 0.5 bar pressure, allowing for quick and easy installation. It accommodates cables of various diameters and supports retrofit installations with removable inserts. The system is available in different sizes to fit common hole circle saw diameters.

Installation Procedure
1. Determine the bushing position between the trapezoidal roof webs.
2. Drill the bushing hole using a hole circle saw and remove burrs.
3. Insert the TDD without the removable insert and lead cables through it.
4. Place cables in the divided removable insert, reinsert it into the TDD, and secure with rubber plugs for unused holes.
5. Press the TDD onto the roof and tighten nuts crosswise with a recommended torque of 5 N.

Important Considerations
- Do not use the TDD as a support or strain relief.
- Avoid using electric screwdrivers or impact wrenches to tighten clamping nuts.
