DRUM GRADER PHILADELPHIA MUSHROOMS OLIVES DRUM GRADER Mod. PHILADELPHIA System is suitable for grading of different products (mushroom, olives, etc.). The product is fed in the first drum section (undergrading). Afterwards it moves towards the next grade sections, pushed by the rotation and the inclination of the cylinder to the biggest grader. Finally the graded products fall in an hopper assembled on the frame. The main advantages and features of the system are: • Accurate grading. • Possibility to manufacture the system with different configurations and grades. • Special design of the holes sections. CALIBRATORE A CILINDRO Mod. PHILADELPHIA Questa macchina esegue la calibratura del prodotto (funghi, olive, ecc.). Il prodotto entra nella testa del cilindro nel primo settore (sottocalibro) ed avanza verso gli altri settori spinto dalla rotazione e dall’inclinazione assieme all’inclinazione del cilindro in direzione del massimo calibro. Il prodotto calibrato cade in una tramoggia imbullonata sul telaio. I principali vantaggi e caratteristiche del sistema sono: • accuratezza del calibro; • possibilità di costruzione con differenti configurazioni e calibri; • speciale costruzione del profilo dei fori. CALIBREUR A CYLINDRE Mod. PHILADELPHIA Cette machine est idéale pour calibrer différents produits (champignons, olives, etc.). Le produit est chargé dans le premier secteur du cylindre (calibre minimum), et avance vers les autres secteurs poussé par la force résultant de la rotation et de l’inclinaison du cylindre en direction du calibre maximum. Le produit calibré tombe dans une trémie fixée sur le châssis.
