Technical Specifications
The GLIDETECH® VINEYARD HD is an extra flexible suction and delivery hose designed for wine and vinification by-products. It offers improved resistance to higher pressure and is manufactured according to GMP (Reg. (CE) 2023/2006). The hose operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C (-40°F to +176°F) and complies with ISO 1307 for dimensional tolerances.

Material and Compliance
The tube is made of NR, white, phthalates-free material, tested in compliance with 1907/2006/CE (REACH). It meets several food contact material standards, including FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, BfR XXI cat. 2, DM 21/03/1973, REGULATION 1935/2004/CE, and Japan Ministry of Health and Welfare Notices No.370,1959 and No.201,2006.

Construction
The hose features synthetic plies and galvanized wire helices for reinforcement. The cover is wide corrugated, red, low friction, glossy, and non-marking when dragged on the floor. It is resistant to abrasion, ageing, ozone, oil, and chemicals.

Performance Data
The hose is available in various sizes with inside diameters ranging from 25 mm to 102 mm. It has a working pressure of 16 bar (250 psi) and a burst pressure of 60 bar (900 psi). The approximate weight varies from 0.91 kg/m to 4.44 kg/m, and the bending radius ranges from 105 mm to 375 mm.
