MEMS technology tilt sensor COUNTING DIRECTION Dual axis The 2-dimensional tilt sensor must be mounted with the base plate in horizontal position, i.e. parallel to the horizontal line. The sensor can be tilted to both the X and Y axes at the same time. A separate measure is provided for each axis.
