Overview: The TruLaser Cell 8030 is a 3D laser
cutting machine available in standard and large versions. It is designed for high precision and efficiency in cutting operations.
Axis Travel Range: Both versions have a maximum of 5 axes. The X-axis travel range is 3000 mm for both, while the Y-axis is 1300 mm for the standard and 2100 mm for the large version. The Z-axis travel range is 600 mm for the standard and 650 mm for the large version. The B-axis has a travel range of ±135°, and the C-axis can rotate n x 360°.

Maximum Axis Accelerations: The standard version has a maximum axis acceleration of 11 m/s² in X, Y, and Z, while the large version has 10 m/s². Simultaneous acceleration is 19.1 m/s² for the standard and 17.3 m/s² for the large version. The B axis has an acceleration of 200 rad/s², and the C axis has 100 rad/s². Dynamic cutting optics have an acceleration of 40 m/s².
Positioning Accuracy: The positioning accuracy for linear axes (X, Y, Z) is 0.08 mm, and for the rotary axis (B), it is 0.015°.
Laser Specifications: The maximum laser power ranges from 2000 W to 4000 W for both versions.
Rotational Changer Automation: The maximum load per side is 300 kg for the standard and 700 kg for the large version. Both versions have 2 work stations. Typical total non-productive time is 4.2 seconds for the standard and 5.5 seconds for the large version. Typical rotation time is 1.8 seconds for the standard and 3 seconds for the large version. The diameter of the rotary plate is 4000 mm for the standard and 5000 mm for the large version. The working height is 700 mm for both versions.
