Mechanics
The Speedy 100R laser engraving system features a working area of 610 x 305 mm (24 x 12 inches) and accommodates workpieces up to 170 mm (6.7 inches) in height with a 1.5-inch lens. The system includes a ferromagnetic table and a honeycomb cutting tabletop, with a maximum processing speed of 1.8 m/s (71 ips) and acceleration of 30 m/s² (1181 ips²). It uses brushless DC servo motors and an incremental measuring system for precision, with an accuracy of +/- 0.015 mm (0.0006 inch) over the entire working area. The maximum material load is 10 kg (22 lbs), and the interface is USB.

Standard Features
The system comes with a 2.0-inch lens, InPack Technology™ for dust protection, an exhaust system for the entire working area, and JobControl® Expert software. It includes a laser pointer, autofocus capabilities, and LED work area lighting.

Options and Accessories
Optional features include a temperature sensor for monitoring the work area. Accessories available are JobControl® CUT software, UniDrive for multiple operating systems, a rotary attachment, a trolley with a storage shelf, and the TroCare technical service package.

Laser Specifications
The laser system is a sealed-off CO2 laser, maintenance-free and air-cooled, with a wavelength of 10.6 µm. Available laser power options are 30, 45, and 60 W.

The system measures 1018 x 784 x 467 mm (40 x 30.9 x 18.4 inches) and weighs approximately 95 kg (209 lbs), depending on laser power.

Safety & Environment
The Speedy 100R is classified as a CDRH laser class 2 device with a double interlock safety system. It operates in ambient temperatures of +15° to +25° C (59° to 77° F) with humidity levels of 40% to 70%, in a dust-free environment. It is CE compliant and FDA listed.

Exhaust and Cooling
The exhaust system requires a minimum working point of 200 m³/h at 1.000 Pa. Cooling is achieved through active air flow with a fan.

The system operates on 1 ~ AC 110-230V 50/60Hz, with power consumption varying by laser power: 0.83 kW (30 W), 1.1 kW (45 W), and 1.3 kW (60 W).
