Wind Turbine - 1

WIND TURBINE 1. Removes solids and water, and keeps the lube oil in perfect condition. 2. Reduces maintenance. 3. Environmental responsibility Specialy designed for wind turbines! Features: • Typical a turbine gearbox operates at a ISO code 21/19/13, well above the oem’s specs or the lube mfg specs. Triple R bypass filters bring levels down to ISO 17/14/10 or better in just 30 days. • The Triple R bypass filter housing connects directly to the pressure line. No motor and pump required. • Specially designed for wind turbine lube oil, it effectively removes all the particles that are usually very difficult to remove with conventional filters, and performs a total cleaning of the oil by removing solid particles, absorbing water and eliminating sludge and other oil oxidation residues. • Fitted with X-100 series 5µ absolute filter elements (beta ratio ß5 >75), designed to effectively clean high viscosity lube oil. • The filters come with a special “high viscosity oil pressure kit”. • Low purchase and running cost, easy installation & maintenance. • 1 housing for up to 300 liter oil volume. Multiple housings for larger oil volumes. See right. Benefits: • Keeps the lube oil in perfect condition by removing solids, water and oxidation residues. • Effectively eliminates water contamination and the resulting oil oxidation and oil breakdown. • Very important reduction of oil consumption and the resulting waste oil. Extends oil life by up to 30.000 hrs. • Prevents component wear and damage. • Improves system reliability and productivity. • Important reduction of maintenance intervals and maintenance costs.
