SortMaster PRO Professional Integrated Solution for Automated Sorting in Mass Production of Mobile Phone Lenses The SortMaster PRO is an automated sorting system in mass production of mobile phone lenses. It is perfectly integrated in the measurement process of the ImageMaster® PRO instruments for a process with least interaction of an operator. The short cycle time of 2.2 seconds can be achieved by an optimized operation sequence. The input and output trays besides the measurement chamber and sorting area are organized in a way to have short travels to save valuable time. The trays will automatically be exchanged between the ImageMaster® PRO and the SortMaster PRO to guarantee highest accuracy of the measurement process. With the two gripper system the samples are sorted in up to four quality classes by directly using the measurement results of the ImageMaster® PRO. The filled trays can be stacked without any intervention of an operator. The SortMaster PRO is the perfect solution to increase the throughput in production and to avoid human errors for a higher quality of the final product.
