Specifications:
The UNS-1000-S series level switches are designed for shipbuilding applications, adhering to shock, vibration, and environmental requirements. There are four types based on maximum length and float configurations: Type A and B with a maximum length of 500 mm, and Type C and D with a maximum length of 1000 mm. Type C includes brackets at 500 mm spacing, while Type D includes a slosh tube and brackets.

Technical Data:
The switches are customizable with various mounting elements and electrical connections. Standard materials include SS 316 Ti / 1.4571, with options for normal steel flanges. A 1” mounting plug is available for easier installation.

Electrical Connection:
Options include KLS1 and KLS2 aluminum terminal boxes with 6 and 9 terminals, respectively, and cables with shipbuilding approvals. Contact wiring is available in SPST and SPDT configurations, with specific color codes for terminal connections.

Material and Float Specifications:
Floats are available in different materials and densities, such as Buna N and stainless steel, with maximum pressure ratings of 15 bar and temperature limits of 100°C to 150°C.

Contact Mode and Ratings:
Contact modes include SPST (NO and NC) and SPDT, with specific voltage and current ratings. Orders must specify switchpoint lengths (L1, L2, etc.).

Mounting Elements:
Options include tank screws and flanges (DIN 2527, DN 32/PN 16 and DN 50/PN 16), with additional options available upon request.

Number of Switchpoints:
Configurations range from 1 to 5 switchpoints, corresponding to L1 through L5.
