The GS553 combines the ability to monitor a wide range of sensors with the capability of adding load charts to the system. It features a built in data logger for logging critical information and has the versatility that only a portable device can offer. With the GS553, you can monitor any combination of the following: load sensors, boom angle, list & trim angle, out of level angle, boom length, radius, anti-two-block, wind speed and load charts. For example, users can buy the system as a wind speed indicator today, then add load cells, load charts and angle sensors as needed in the future. The GS553 ships standard in a Pelican case and includes not only a wall charging kit but also a car charging kit. Typical users include crane certifiers and lift project managers. Customers who perform multiple crane picks can use the GS553 to see how much weight each crane has. This product also provides a way to more effectively manage the critical nature of multiple crane picks. Battery life can average 40 hours per charge. Each application has different requirements for system security. The GS553 offers you the ability to easily set password restrictions for all key operating aspects of the system. In addition, the display has a supervisor password level. This extra level of security allows only a supervisor to access restricted areas of the display.
