Parts are available in organic, semi metallic and sintered friction materials, providing the full range of performance characteristics for both static and dynamic applications. Pads are produced to customer drawing and dependant on the individual application demands can be manufactured in the form of either bonded assemblies or integrally moulded parts. In addition to basic brake pads Trimat offer the inclusion of wear indicators and provide a pre-conditioning process if desired. All aspects of production form friction chemical mixing and steel backing plate preparation, to press moulding and finish machining are completed in house. Our flexible manufacturing techniques allow us to accommodate enquiries for both low volume niche projects requiring as few as 10 parts to full scale production volumes of 100,000.
