Packaging Process
The 851 and 852 models offer fully automatic, servo-driven processes for forming and wrapping products. The 851 model delivers thin plates up to 2 kg, while the 852 model handles bars, bricks, or cubes up to 10 kg. Both models feature simplified changeover procedures supported by pre-stored recipes accessible via the HMI.

Technical Data

• 851 Model: Handles products up to 2 kg, with an output of approximately 25 plates per minute. Example plate size is 285 x 300 x 25 mm. Power consumption is 26 kVA, and air consumption is 1200 l/min.
• 852 Model: Handles products up to 10 kg, with an output of approximately 4 packets per minute. Example packet size is 285 x 196 x 190 mm. Power consumption is 26 kVA, and air consumption is 1200 l/min.

The 850 Series features a flexible dosing system with a vertical operation principle and double piston filling for larger volumes.
