TRELLEBORG TECHNICAL FEATURES AND DIMENSIONS A wheel is usually composed of a RIM with one or more RINGS and a DISC. The RIM provides the seat to the tire and its shape can vary in order to optimize the assembly performance and mounting operations. The RIM can have a flat or tapered surface or a drop. The latter are not suitable for solids.
