Installation Instructions for DUO 500 Dual Mounting System
Mounting Procedure:
  • Secure the ring nuts on the tractor-disc, ensuring the correct tightening torque is applied. Position them as close to the rim as possible, with a maximum inclination angle of 7 degrees.
  • Attach the dual hook bar using the big clamp and fasten the M20 nut at the end of the bar.
  • Ensure the tractor wheel is slightly lifted before mounting the dual wheel. Align the drum with the tractor-rim.
  • Insert the hook into the ring nut and place the big clamp on the clamping ring. Adjust the M20 nut when the clamp is open.
  • Use the provided clamping tool to lock the big clamp securely. Trim any excess length of the dual hook bar to 20 mm from the M20 nut when the clamp is open.
  • Install locking pins on all big clamps.

4 • Mount the dual wheel. Make sure the drum is in the correct position, in level with the tractor-rim. • Put the hook (3) in the ring nut (1) and the big clamp (2) on the clamping ring. Adjust the M20 nut (4) to correct position when the big clamp is open. • Use enclosed clamping tool (6) to lock the big clamp. • Make sure all dual hook bars are firmly tightened. • When the big clamp is open, cut off excessive length of the dual hook bar 20 mm from the M20 nut.
