Features:
S REDFINE+ R397 is a wear-resistant natural rubber, colored red, known for its excellent mechanical properties including tensile strength, elongation at break, tear resistance, and abrasion resistance. It offers great flexibility, resilience, corrosion protection, and reduces noise and vibration propagation. It can be produced with a bonding layer for cold vulcanizing.

Applications:
This material is suitable for use in hoppers, chutes, cyclones, vibrating lines, pump bodies, tanks, and silos to protect against wear from abrasive fine grain size products. It is ideal for environments such as sand and gravel quarries, aggregate and cement industries, and concrete plants, with a maximum operating temperature of 70°C.

Dimensions and Stock Information:
The product is available in various thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 25mm, with standard stock and non-stock options. The dimensions include widths of 1400mm to 1500mm and lengths of 6000mm to 10000mm. The finish can be smooth or matt, with some options including a bonding layer.

Identification and Packaging:
Products are labeled with a self-adhesive label indicating product name, dimensions, area, nominal weight, and product code for traceability. They are wrapped in black polyethylene film, with thicknesses ≤6mm rolled on a cardboard tube and thicker materials in rolls. The bonding layer is protected by a removable white polypropylene film.
