Technical description This patented TRELLEBORG system enables PERFORMER hoses to be joined together or connected to flanged ancillary equipment in the pipe line circuit. Flange assembly: • a steel ring embedded in a rubber bead which is built, molded and vulcanised along with the hose, • a steel swiveling flange which locates against the bead and is held in place by the steel ring, • a rubber gasket integral with the bread, made of the same rubber as the hose tube. Complementary information Diameters vary according to drilling (see standardised drilling datasheet). On request, the steel flanges can be: • chromated galvanised, hot galvanised or resin-coated, • made of 316L stainless steel, • built-in two parts, • with other drillings. 38 * Not mentioned in standardised serie covered by ISO7005.
