Model 950 Nozzle Ionizer MODEL 950 nozzle ionizer Trek’s Model 950 Nozzle Ionizer provides fast and efficient removal of dust and static charge to help support manufacturing operations requiring a clean room environment. The compact ionizer uses high-pressure air flow to neutralize the static charge. It has a built-in high voltage power supply and an abnormal operation detection/warning function. The 950 operates by connecting a compressed air supply and a 24V power supply to the nozzle unit. Using a high-frequency corona discharge to generate air ions, the 950 quickly eliminates work place electrostatic charge to support a variety of applications. Interchangeable nozzle tips are optionally available and can be quickly interchanged at the work site. The nozzle designs, which include wide-nozzle types and tube types, provide different air flow profiles to accommodate specific application needs. The unit has an LED display and contact output to indicate abnormal conditions. These functions help to quickly identify when the ionizer is operating improperly during critical production line processes.
