SECTION 3 – INSTALLATION 3-1 Installing the Gun to the Robot Position the robot with the wrist and top axis as shown to properly complete the gun installation. Loosen feeder adjustment bolts so the feeder slides freely. Locate assembly onto robot mounting face using dowel pin as a guide. Fully seat insulating disc on robot wrist. 3-2 Installing the Power Pin to the LSR Unicable A. Standard Power Pins NOTE: Power pins incorporate a taper to seat and lock the pin to the rear handle block. Make sure the power pin is tightened in the block with a wrench to ensure the pin is secure and will not come loose. 1. Thread power pin into the adaptor of the LSR Unicable. 2.
