The TS 4800 is a modular discharging conveyor with electrical swivel bars and central drive. The small roller pitch of the swivel roller bars, combined with the extremely short swivel times, enable highly dynamic distribution of a wide range of packages. Typical applications are in the area of packed unit loads with lengths exceeding 100 millimeters. As a result, even sophisticated material can be conveyed safely at high speeds, from shipping bags or smaller boxes, through plastic containers or trays with waffle base, right down to car tires. An additional advantage is the careful product handling: The product to be conveyed moves through the module without touching the guide elements on either side. Designed as a compact distribution unit, the TS 4800 divert conveyor can be adapted to the particular requirements of the material to be conveyed or the application by adding or adjusting swivel bars. There is the option of retrofitting swivel bars and conveyor rollers, and maintenance and refitting procedures can also be performed from above. Easy retrofitting of swivel bars and conveyor rollers, whereby it is also possible to perform maintenance and refitting procedures from above. EASY IMPLEMENTATION Adapting the module to the particular requirements of the material to be conveyed or the application can be done by easily adding or adjusting swivel bars.
