The small roller pitch of the swivel roller bars, combined with the extremely short swivel cycles, enable highly dynamic distribution of > 8,000 packaging units/hour. Typical applications are in the area of packed unit loads with lengths exceeding 100 millimeters. As a result, even sophisticated material can be conveyed safely at high speeds, from shipping bags or smaller boxes, through plastic containers or trays with waffle bottoms, right down to car tires. An additional advantage is the careful product handling: The product to be conveyed moves through the module without touching the guide elements on either side. As a compact version, the new TS 4800 C is ideal for sorting both small and flexible materials - and in the tightest of spaces. The further optimised cover of the swivel bars meets the highest safety requirements and prevents the conveyed goods from being pulled in. PU-coated rollers also provide the necessary grip, so that safe transport is always guaranteed, even after an unplanned stop. The swivel bars allow sorting in an angle of 30° to 60°. The laterally accessible drive unit and the swivelling bar modules, which can be exchanged from above offer optimum maintenance accessibility. The lateral tangential drive with transparent cover and the modular swivel bars, which can be replaced from the top, offer maximum ease of maintenance. Electrical switching swivel bars with tangential belt drive also ensure maximum reliability and quiet operation.
