It is a sophisticated and standard belt conveyor system that is characterised by a high degree of flexibility and a comprehensive range of accessories. A special feature of this type is the central drive and tensioning station below the conveyor track, which ensures constant conveyor track length regardless of the belt tension. On the other hand, the conveyor track length can be adjusted with millimetre level precision at the time of assembly and installation and in this manner the conveyor can be integrated such that it fits perfectly into the system. Due to maximum conveyor length of up to 25,000 mm and with the help of conveyor gates or points of ascent for overcoming differences in height, the TS 1100-135 can be deployed to implement extremely powerful belt conveyor systems.
