TS 6240 Angled Belt Conveyor TECHNICAL DATASHEET MERGE DIVERT The TRANSNORM TS 6240 is an angled belt conveyor in belt strip design for infeed and outfeed applications with a connection angle to the adjacent Conveyor technology of 30 or 45 degrees. With its compact and robust design it is ideally suitable for applications in intralogistics. Due to its drive concept the TS 6240 can be used for the efficient infeed or outfeed at high speed of small to medium-sized containers, cartons or unit loads. The nominal angle of the conveyor is realised by belt strips with layered length. The small belt strip pitch of 50 mm allows a very small distance to the adjacent conveyor system. The smooth and continuous arrangement of the belts and consistent prevention of pull-in points ensure fault-free operations. The easy drive and belt guidance system is extremely energy-efficient, reducing wear to a minimum. The central drive and belt tensioning station, the adjustment feature of the individual belt strips from the outside, as well as the easy and quick belt change, minimize the time and effort for maintenance and repair work. These features all add up to the highest level of system availability and efficiency. The TS 6240 angled belt conveyor is totally suitable for reverse operation and thus can be used without any modification as a merging and outfeed conveyor. Depending upon the model, the range of application extends from -30°C to + 40°C ambient temperature.
