V-Cover Sheeting System The V-Cover sheeting system for telescopic skiploaders has been designed to cover bins of all sizes automatically from ground level. Our unique dual arm design has a spring loaded primary framework with a pivoted secondary arm that ensures that both the front and rear of the sheet are held at low level securing the load. The tarp itself is driven/ retracted using a motor driven rollerbar mounted within the housing on the headboard. The V-Cover sheets in under 10 seconds and offers a robust solution to covering containers of all sizes. PLEATED RE INFORCED TARP Reinforced 1100 denier skrim tarp with 2x2 pvc wear points and drop down rear flap for smaller bin coverage. MKII RELAY BOX Transcover designed and introduced the worlds first relay box for a sheeting systems and we now offer our MKII IP66 rated box with thermal protection. This product is built in-house by Transcover guaranteeing quality. The branded Superwinch direct drive 24volt worm gear motor has been featured on over 6000 Transcover tipper systems worldwide and remains the market leading product for sheeting applications due to its reliability and consistency. TOWER OPTION For containers of 12 yards and above and double ups our clean push-fit air tower option simply attaches to the rear of your headboard to offer additional height and full coverage of all containers.
