Rotary unscrambler ROTRAK AAF
The ROTRAK AAF (Automatic Adjustable Funnel) is a patented universal funnel system designed for a wide range of bottles, applicable across various industrial sectors. It is compatible with all sizes of ROTRAK unscramblers, optimizing design and reducing manufacturing costs. The funnel is interchangeable across different ROTRAK AAF models.
- Container Dimensions: Supports containers with diameters from ø30 to ø90 mm and heights from 120 mm to 310 mm. For other dimensions, consultation is required.
- Container Shape: The system uses a vision camera for bottle detection, making it adaptable to any geometric shape of the container.
- Energy Consumption: The system does not require compressed air, leading to energy savings.

The new patented system ROTRAK AAF (Automatic Adjustable Funnel) is a universal funnel designed for a wide range of bottles and valid for any sector of the industry. Universal The same funnel serves for all sizes of unscramblers. This has allowed us to optimize the design of the ROTRAK unscrambler and reduce manufacturing costs. It is an interchangeable funnel for any model of ROTRAK AAF unscrambler. Container dimensions It allows us to position containers from a diameter of 030 to 090 and from a height of 120mm to 310mm. (for other measures, consult). Shape of the container Because the detection system of the bottle is done by means of a vision camera, the geometric shape of the container does not matter. Consumption It does not require compressed air, which represents energy savings.
