Rotary unscrambler CONTRAK The compact CONTRAK series of rotary unscramblers for PET, HDPE and PP bottles is specially designed for productions up to 16,000 BPH. Our new CONTRAK rotary unscrambler covers a wide variety of bottle sizes ranging from H 50 to H 300 and diameters from D 25 to D 90 bottles. Footprint The compact design of this unscrambler allows the user to occupy a very small plant floor space. Feeding We have designed a 550 Li feed hopper that allows it to be placed in various positions depending on the space available. Optionally, a larger capacity feed hopper can be installed. Containers It can operate with oval, cylindrical and rectangular bottles covering a wide spectrum of markets such as food, beverages, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. Format change The design of our funnels allows a very fast format change since the selector and the funnel form the same body, saving time in the change and storage space.
