DELTRAK robotic unscrambler The DELTRAK series of bottle unscramblers by Delta robot is especially designed for delicate PET and PP containers with or without labels or serigraphs. Pre-positioning the container feeding system, automatically adjustable according to format, allows minimize robot movements and increase cadence. Visión Our state-of-the-art linear vision system generation is able to recognize the shape and position of the container in real time and informs the robot of the point of optimal pickup. We achieve high efficiencies because each robot has its vision system. Delta robot made from carbon fibre controlled by unique Keba platform that combines PLC, motion, robotics, security, and drivers. Without recirculation the pre-positioning, the individual vision by robot and the complete software, assures us to obtain a high efficiency in the collection of containers, therefore our solution works without recirculation of containers
