Thanks to our history and experience in the design and manufacture of machines, we offer several versions of depalletizers to position containers on the packaging lines, adapting them to the needs of our customers. Depending on the material, container geometry and speed, we have different types of depalletizers: • DVI depalletizer, by vacuum and inliner (1): A suction head lifts the entire layer of containers and moves it to the output aligner (4). • DPI depalletizer, by push and inliner (2): The containers are pushed to the simple conveyor or output aligner. • DPB depalletizer, by push in bulk (3): The containers are pushed into a large capacity hopper that feeds a bottle positioner. All our depalletizers can be automated with elements such as: • Full pallets in waiting • Empty pallet grouper • Automatic layer removal and storage • Cleaning of containers during the descent to the line
