Characteristics of Estar Oils:

Estar Band Oil 260: Used for steel belts and chains, it is a full synthetic ester with a kinematic viscosity of 260 mm²/s at 40°C, density of 0.96, flash point over 280°C, and temperature range from -35°C to 280°C.
Estar Chain Oil 100 NF: Suitable for bending rods and chains, it has a kinematic viscosity of 100 mm²/s at 40°C, density of 0.97, flash point over 280°C, and temperature range from -30°C to 280°C.

Advantages of Estar Oils:

High flash point and stability under high temperatures.
Low evaporation rate and very low coking residues.
Excellent corrosion protection and high antiwear properties.
Compatibility with continuous press OEMs like Siempelkamp, Dieffenbacher, Yalian, and SWPM.

Characteristics of Fluolog Greases:

Fluolog SFG 420: For roller bearing steel belts and rolling rod sprocket bearings, with NLGI grade 2, kinematic viscosity of 420 mm²/s at 40°C, PFPE base oil, PTFE thickener, and temperature range from -30°C to 260°C.
Fluolog SFG 421: For shaft bearing heating plates, with NLGI grade 1, similar viscosity and temperature range as SFG 420.

Additional Greases:

Starlog GM 500: For infeed/outfeed drum bearings, with NLGI grade 1, kinematic viscosity of 460 mm²/s, mineral base oil, PU thickener, and temperature range from -20°C to 180°C.
Lubrilog LX 1500 GM: For plain bearings in drum bearing housing, with NLGI grade 2, kinematic viscosity of 1500 mm²/s, mineral base oil, Li thickener, and temperature range from -20°C to 120°C.
Grakote G 1: For press frame guiding sides, with NLGI grade 1, kinematic viscosity of 100 mm²/s, semi-synthetic base, and temperature range from -30°C to 1000°C.
