WRAPPING MACHINES AUTOMATIC TURNING-RING TYPE TOSA 801 AUTOMATIC STRETCH FILM-ROLL CHANGE DEVICE FOR WRAPPING MACHINES This device is intended for the automatic replacement of the exhausted stretch film-roll, without the support of an operator. – Patented system The device consists of sliding carriages, suitable for loading the new film-roll and preparing it for the use. The operator loads the new stretch film-roll on the carriage, unwinding the film from the roll and threading it between the locking tubes placed on the carriage, and finally inserting the film tail in a locking spring. The loading operation is made by the operator while the machine is working, without stopping it. System with n.1 or n. 2 film rolls waiting for the automatic change. Possibility of installation of a device for rewinding, through the pre-stretch rolls, the film on the roll near to be exhausted. The machine completes the pallet wrapping cycle and the film sealing, before the film-roll is exhausted, in order to avoid a film tail hanging from the pallet.
