475 series
The TOSA 475 is an automatic wrapping machine equipped with a dust-proof top-sheet dispenser and an automatic pallet height detection system. It is designed to work with various models of wrapping machines, including models 095, 101, 115, 120, 121, and 125.
- The machine places a sheet on top of the pallet as it moves on the in-feed conveyor.
- A toothed blade is used to cut the film.
- Automatic detection of the film quantity to be deposited on the pallet.
- Photocell technology is used for detecting pallet length.
- An integrated electric control system is housed within the machine's electrical board.
- Film-roll finishing signal detected by a photocell.
- Film-lack signal to alert when film is depleted.
- A "DEMAG type" hoist for lifting the top sheet film-roll during change-over.

- Film-roll specifications: Maximum width of 1800 mm, outside diameter of 250 mm, inner diameter of 76 mm, and thickness between 60-80 microns.
