Overview: The Top-Flo® Sample Valve is a high-quality stainless steel flow control device designed for industries such as food, beverage, dairy, cosmetics, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and electronics processing. It is engineered to provide accurate sampling with minimal internal deadleg area.

Constructed with 316L stainless steel for all wetted parts.
Standard internal finish of 25Ra ID, with an option for 15Ra Electropolish.
Equipped with a tapered virgin PTFE stem tip for secure closure.
FDA-approved Viton stem seal, with an option for FDA EPDM stem seal.
Positive open stop feature to prevent accidental stem removal.
Black nylon nut cover to protect against burns from hot products.
Tapered clamp connection to minimize product hold-up.
Autoclaveable with the removal of the nylon nut cover.
Fully traceable with material test reports available.

Options:

Internal finish upgrade to 15Ra Electropolish.
Weld end x hose barb connection.
Teflon nut cover for enhanced autoclaving resistance.

Service Conditions:

Pressure resistance up to 400 psi.
Temperature range from 0 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
