Overview: The Top-Flo® Series 77 High-Purity Ball Valves are designed for industries requiring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, such as food, beverage, dairy, cosmetics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and electronics processing. These valves feature an open bolt design for easy external cleaning and are suitable for washdowns.

Specifications: The valves are constructed from 316L stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to pressure and temperature fluctuations. They feature a pyramidal design bottom entry stem with live-loaded high cycle stem packing. The solid stainless steel ball is machined to the tube ID to maintain full flow rate and reduce pressure drops. The ISO 5211 integral mounting pad allows for direct actuator mounting.

Design Features: The TFM® seats are designed to eliminate entrapment areas, reduce torque, and are FDA compliant. The valves offer a variety of end connections, including clamp end, extended buttweld, and flush bottom tank pad. The fully encapsulated body seals allow in-line welding without disassembly, maintaining sealing integrity across a range of pressures and temperatures.

Maintenance and Automation: The valve's center section allows easy access to internal components for maintenance. It functions as both a valve and a union. The valves are easy to automate with pneumatic or electric actuation options available. They come with a handle locking device for manual actuation and a 3-piece body construction for ease of repair.

Applications: These valves are ideal for pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industries. They are available in sizes ranging from 1/2” to 4” and can be configured with cavity-filled or non-cavity-filled designs.
