The polyurethane has outstanding anti-microbial qualities against bacteria. Bleach will NOT harm the product or discolor it in any way. ∙ Cleaning and disinfecting is easily done by either using a regular clothes washing machine or through a dip and hang air-dry process. MACHINE DRYING As the material absorbs zero moisture, very little drying time is required. ∙ Bleach, disinfectant and soaps can be used, depending on protocols. Air Dry Option: Set dryer on “air fluff” cycle and tumble dry for 10-15 minutes. DIP AND HANG TO AIR-DRY APPLICATION ∙ Dip, and swish the product around well, in a drum of cleaning/disinfectant fluid, depending upon your protocols. Heated Dry: NOTE: If heat is required – maximum temperature cannot exceed 82c. ∙ Hang products separately on hooks/hangers to air dry. Set dryer on low or regular heat cycle for 5-10 minutes. REGULAR WASHING MACHINE APPLICATION – Note that using a mesh laundry bag can reduce tangling, and product damage. ∙ Place product in the washing machine in either cold or hot water, depending upon your protocols; ∙ Add bleach or any other disinfectant and soaps to the desired concentration levels, depending upon your protocols; ∙ Run the full regular wash cycle; ∙ The spin cycle will remove most of the surface water on the product. ∙ Hang products separately on hooks/hangers to air dry;
